WaterCircles, best known for its environmentally conscious and customer-oriented insurance solutions in the Swedish and Nordic market, is improving how insurance advisors work with customers. We sat down with Alp Arslan, one of WaterCircles advisors using the Advisor Dashboard to understand how they are using it in their everyday work.
WaterCircles have been partnered with Insurely since 2022 offering Insurance Data Access to their customers. They integrated using the plug and play Advisor Dashboard, which gives full visibility over the customers data including details such as insurance policy, coverage and expiration data, in real time for advisors to see and analyze during customers calls. This has proven to be a game changer.
The challenge they had: lack of real-time insights.
Customers aren't always up to date on their own insurance details. This can make it harder to understand the customers needs as well as how to best serve them. He goes on to explain that there are other benefits to the tool as it can be used to scope out the competitive landscape, scan the market and gain insights. Specific insights can include things such as market share of each union helping to further conversations with union affiliated customers.
